Presentation Folders

What are folders?
Folders are made from 350gsm card and can contain all sorts of different documents as well as other thin items. The idea is that you use them to help organize large collections of things and split them into usable categories. You can then speed up day to day life as you will not only be able to find things quicker but you will also have easy access to any other relevant items as they will all be contained in one folder.

An example of this would be in accountancy. If you have presentation folders for each client then it makes it much easier to find all of the work you have done for one particular person or business. You can also find any of their contact details, notes you have made, past projects for them and so on. This is all because using Custom folders has grouped the data you have into manageable and effective chunks.
